How do I track my order?

You can track your order using our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to get the latest updates on your shipment's status.

Are there any exchange rates?

💲 All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your credit card uses a different currency, your total order amount will be converted based on the daily exchange rate set by your card issuer.

How do I change or cancel my order?

🔄 We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. If you need to cancel, please note:

  • If your credit card has been charged and the order is canceled, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • 📌 Cancellation Fee: A 30% cancellation fee applies regardless of when the order was placed, as payment processors charge us fees for cancellations.

  • 🚚 Orders that have already been packed or shipped CANNOT be canceled.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
